Judging will be by popular vote.
All DVDs entered in the competition will be placed on Utube from 10th February 2010.
The voting will close on Monday 22nd February at 11.59pm.
Votes taken will count towards final position.
Give 5 points for best film. You must give points 4, 3, 2, 1 to other films in the competition.
One third of the assessment comes from registered votes for the films on Utube.
All DVD entries will receive a certificate and position in the Festival.
